- Precise Location: This is the real-time geographic location of your device, used to determine the proximity to available parking spots as well as providing efficiency regarding Auctioning spots;
- Background Location (optional): If enabled by you, we may collect location data while the app is running in the background to improve the user experience, such as showing your location to Auctioneer while navigating towards Auctioneer;

To display nearby parking spots to you and connect you with users who are vacating a spot.
To enhance the accuracy of our services, providing you with the most relevant parking information.
5.2. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Your location data is not shared with any third parties except as necessary to provide the core services of the app. We may share your location data with:
Other users of the app: When you are vacating a parking spot, your location will be shared with other users to facilitate the parking spot bidding process.
We do not sell or rent your location data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
5.3. User Control
You have control over your location data and can manage it as follows:
Opt-in/Opt-out: You can choose whether or not to share your location data with us by adjusting the location settings on your mobile device.
